The Skandiabanken Swedish covered bond programme

The Skandiabanken programme for issuance of covered bonds is our second most important source of funding after retail deposits. Issued covered bonds and associated assets are documented and reported in accordance with the Swedish law (lagen om säkerställda obligationer 2003:1223, and Finansinspektionens författningssamling FFFS 2013:1).

Covered bonds issued by Skandiabanken will be listed at the NasdaqOMX Stockholm and rated by Moody´s. Hence, they are expected to be eligible as collateral at the Riksbank.

Harmonized Transparency Template (HTT)

Covered bond information that is standardised in accordance with the Covered Bond Label. From Q3 2022 this information together with the National Transparency Template (NTT, included as a separate tab in the HTT) meets the new requirements from the Swedish FSA (Finansinspektionen) in regulation FFFS 2013:1.
